Data Retention
Documents auto-delete in 60 minutes
Every document, photo, and rent roll you upload is permanently removed from our infrastructure within 60 minutes of report generation — no manual cleanup required.
No model training on your data
Your deal data is never used to train AssetForge's AI or any third-party model. Documents are passed to Anthropic's Claude API in zero-retention mode.
Reports stored only if you ask
Generated reports are kept in your account only when you explicitly request a share link or email delivery. Otherwise they are discarded once you close the page.
No third-party data brokers
We do not sell, rent, or share your deal data, document contents, or property addresses with any third party — including marketing partners or data aggregators.

Compliance
We hold ourselves to SOC 2 / GDPR / CCPA controls in practice, but we won't claim a badge we haven't earned yet. Audits are underway — we'll update this page the moment certifications are formally issued.
