1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AssetForge Underwriter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AssetForge Underwriter is an AI-powered informational tool that analyzes real estate documents and generates deal analysis reports. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Professional Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: All reports, analyses, memos, projections, and other outputs generated by the Service are AI-generated informational analyses only. They are expressly NOT:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• Legal advice or counsel
• Lending advice or a loan commitment
• A licensed appraisal or MAI-certified appraisal report
• An environmental assessment or Phase I/II report
• A substitute for licensed professional due diligence

All figures, projections, market estimates, and recommendations must be independently verified by qualified licensed professionals before any capital commitment or investment decision is made. For institutional loans over $500,000, FIRREA regulations typically require a licensed MAI-certified appraisal.

4. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AssetForge does not warrant that AI-generated analyses are accurate, current, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetForge and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report or analysis generated by the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, failed transactions, or lender rejections.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For one-time report purchases, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with your report — contact us at support@assetforge.ai.

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload documents you do not own or have rights to analyze
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract training data from the AI system
• Resell or redistribute reports as licensed professional appraisals
• Use outputs in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, design, and underlying AI systems are the intellectual property of AssetForge. Reports generated from your documents are yours to use for personal and business purposes, subject to the disclaimer in Section 3.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
